Exchange and Return
We accept items bought within our store in new condition with the original tag attached. To submit return items, please email us to; firstname.lastname@example.org
- all return items should reach us within 14 working days (Singapore orders) and 28 working days (international orders) from the date the order was delivered
- postage fee for returns are not covered
- please use a trackable mode of postage for your item to reach safely
- all items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags intact
We will process the exchange only upon receiving the returned items.
After your return has been received, please allow 3 working days for your return to be processed.
Mozaic reserves the right to reject any returns that does not fulfil our returns policy.
Any exchange request is subject to stock availability at the point of exchange. Exchange can also be done over the counter at our shop during operating hours. Please bring along your purchase receipt and items you want to exchange
Defective or Incorrect Items
We apologise if we have sent you a defective or incorrect items. Please email us a photo of defective area to email@example.com
An exchange will be done if the item/s sent to you is deemed to be defective/faulty:
- Slightly discrepancy in product colour due to lighting and screen resolution differences are not consider as defect
- Slightly differences in our given measurement are not considered as defect
- For batik difference in motif batik placement are not consider defect
We don’t provide any cash for any refund in any case, except if item is out of stock
Sale items strictly no exchange or return for both online or offline.
