How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page. As sizing may vary slightly between designs, we recommend checking the measurements before ordering.

What if I order the wrong size?

Shop online with confidence. If the fit isn’t quite right, eligible items can be exchanged in our store within 10 days, subject to our exchange policy.

Can I try the outfit before buying?

Yes. Visit our store in Singapore to see, feel and try on our pieces before purchasing. Our team can also help you find the right fit and style.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Selected Mozaic designs are available in an extended size range. Available sizes are shown on each product page. For sizes not currently in store, select designs can be pre-ordered.

Products & Availability

Are the products online also available in your store?

Most of our online collection is available in-store, but availability may change as some designs and sizes sell quickly. Contact us before visiting if you’re looking for a particular piece.

Does a Kebaya come with the sarong and accessories shown in the photo?

This depends on the product. Please check the “What’s Included” section of each product description. Some Kebayas are sold as tops only, while others may be sold as sets.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo?

We aim to represent colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your screen settings.

Will Batik patterns be exactly the same?

Pattern placement may vary slightly between individual pieces because of the nature of Batik fabric. This makes each piece slightly unique.

You can visit our physical store at City Plaza #02-115/116, 810 Geylang Road, Singapore 409286.
Open Tuesday–Sunday, 12–7pm.

Can I get help choosing a Kebaya?

Absolutely. Our team can help with sizing, colour and styling based on your occasion and preferences.

Do you provide alterations?

We don’t provide alterations in-house, but we’re happy to recommend nearby alteration shops.

Orders, Exchange & Shipping

Do you offer exchanges?

Eligible purchases may be exchanged within 10 days. Items must meet the conditions stated in our Exchange Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

No, unless the item is defective.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method. Within Singapore, orders typically arrive in 3–4 working days.

What Should I Wear for My Occasion?

What Kebaya should I wear to a wedding?

Our team can help you choose a Kebaya based on the formality of the event, your preferred silhouette and colour.

Do you have outfits for Hari Raya?
